The course was redesigned in 2011 to enhance its enjoyment and to provide an exciting challenge for all levels of ability. Several hundred native trees have been planted to provide a definition of each hole’s landing area and green site. Harrison Minchew is the primary architect. The course was designed to the same standard of design that Mr. Minchew used while working as Arnold Palmer’s Senior Golf Course Architect. The course consists of rolling fairways and multi-tiered greens.
There are five sets of tees for all 18 holes as the course stretches from 3,783 yards (Forward Green Tees) to 6,347 yards (Back Black Tees), with lakes and contoured greens offering a challenge for golfers of most skill levels. And, the greens are very interesting, we call them wicked fun due to their movement and unique design.
